Shipping Information
Mei Yee Limited ships all orders to addresses within the serviceable regions indicated at checkout. Processing time is 1 to 3 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method. A confirmation email with tracking details is sent once the order leaves the warehouse. Delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days for standard shipping. Mei Yee Limited is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer pays the reshipping fee.
Returns Policy
Mei Yee Limited accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered women‘s clothing items within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. All original tags and hygiene liners must be attached. Intimate apparel, swimwear, and earrings are final sale and cannot be returned. The 14-day return period is non-negotiable. Returns initiated after 14 days of delivery are declined.

Prepare the Package
Pack the items securely in the original packaging or a sturdy box. Include the return authorization number and the original packing slip. Remove all old shipping labels. -
Ship the Return

Inspection and Refund Processing
Upon receipt, Mei Yee Limited inspects the returned items within 5 business days. Items that show signs of wear, odor, makeup stains, pet hair, smoke smell, or missing tags are not refunded and are either returned to the customer at the customer‘s expense or disposed of after 30 days. -
Refund Issuance
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days of the inspection completion date. The refund timeline described in the next section starts from the date Mei Yee Limited initiates the refund.
Refund Timeline and Method
All refunds are issued to the original payment method. The minimum time to receive a refund is 14 calendar days from the refund initiation date. This period covers bank processing times.

Store credit: 14 calendar days from refund initiation. Store credit never expires.

PayPal payments: 14 calendar days minimum from refund initiation. However, for customers located in jurisdictions where local law requires a longer refund period for PayPal transactions, Mei Yee Limited complies with the applicable legal requirement. In such jurisdictions, the refund period for PayPal payments is 30 calendar days from refund initiation. Customers are responsible for knowing their local PayPal refund regulations.
Mei Yee Limited does not refund original shipping fees. The customer pays the return shipping fee, and no reimbursement of the original shipping cost is provided.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Mei Yee Limited must be notified within 7 calendar days of delivery. Send photos of the damage or the incorrect item to [email protected]. Mei Yee Limited provides a prepaid return label for such cases. After inspection, a full refund including original shipping costs or a replacement item is issued within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
